Q. What areas do you service?

We have a license to provide the service for Medicaid recepiants through out the entire state of Colorado. If you are not in Colorado Springs and for availability of our service at your location, please contact us at (719) 644-6005.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

Our business operation hours are Monday - Saturday from 4 am - 6 pm. However, Our online reservation system are available 24-7 to book rides at your convenience.

Q. How far in advance I need to reserve a ride?

We prefer a 24-hour advance notice. However, we can provide “will call", or same-day rides.

Q. How do I pay for services?

There is no charge for Medicaid eligible members. If you are an individual purchasing transportation, that is considered a private pay, and we prefer credit card payment up-front but also we accept cash and checks.

Q. Do you do background check on your drivers, and what are their qualifications?

Yes, we thoroughly screen all of our drivers. We have each earn certifications in CPR, First Aid and sensitivity training as part of our rigorous training program.

Q. What is the requirement if I need a ride to Denver, Castle Rock, Pueblo or Canon City?

Colorado Medicaid requires the patient's primary provider to complete the medical medical certification of transportation service form for any trip over 25 miles and fax it to us a head of your trip date.

Q. Can I bring someone (an escort) with me to my appointment?(s)?
